We were extremely disappointed with this property it wasn't any supposed to be the breakfast was well, there really wasn't a breakfast we did not get our trash taken out we did not receive clean towels when I checked out and mention this they told me when I checked in they told me they had a towel exchanged and I had to take out my own trash which is not what I was told there's no ice vending machines at this hotel either we will never stay at this property again or at any other extended stay absolutely horrible

Very terrible experience. When I arrived I waited 20-30 minutes for a desk again. When he arrived he overwhelmed me with all the amenities they didn’t have. In the room, the bathroom was dirty as well as the white bath towels. They didn’t come the next morning to replace the towels for clean the room linens. When I inquired with the front desk, i was told to bring my old towels down and I would get more. Overall the property was not kept.

Arrived late did not see much of property exterior. Sink and tub drains clogged and shower curtain rod barely hanging on wall.

The unit was tired. The fact that the kitchen had absolutely no supplies was a turn-off. Even though some items were available from the front desk, it was simply not convenient. We did however like the larger fridge. Our number one complaint was the condition of the carpet in the room. It felt sticky when walking on it barefooted and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. The dark stains were something anyone would not want to be around.
