Booked for none smoker and was put in a smoking area room. I was nauseous to the smell the entire time. I’ve paid much less for a way better stay. If you’re looking for something comfortable, clean and reasonably priced this is not the place to go. Keep searching for something better.

The older gentleman at the front desk was not pleasant. The rooms were not well kept and the shower did not work. I expressed my issues with the front desk and the staff did not seem to care. Overall it was just very disappointing and I will never stay there again.

The lady at front desk did not know how to do her job, she needs more experience & better her customer service skills

I never go to extended stay again. Smoke smell , never cleaned carpets, non working oven. Broken handlebars in bathroom. My baby couldn't sleep whole night.

While booking continental breakfast was mentioned, whereas actually only cereal bar, muffin and coffee as grab and go breakfast was available. With family for 4 days of stay, this was very difficult and inconvenient.

It was clean and from staff Chaz very friendly Dislikes: Hotel did not have an ice machine so had to go to gas station to buy a bag of ice The rooms are equipped with small kitchens but not supplied with any utensils, plates. The drain covering in bathroom sink was broken, the kitten area needed a major update.. missing counter trim, rusty vents
