Avoid at all Measures The room was not clean upon on arrival. We were told that the room was cleaned and ready. However, we noticed a faint smell with what appeared to be mold in the bathroom and around the AC Unit. Outrageous condition.

Liked: The proximity to Midway. Semi quiet. Disliked: Poor check in service. Unsanitary rooms. Expensive for the quality. Every stick of furniture is dirty and broken. Ghetto.

Our room and the hotel were just dirty in general. Our room was musty, dusty and smelly. It looked like they didn’t even vacuum, didn’t clean the tub or care to change the bed sheet. The room we stayed in included a kitchen but there’s no pots, pans, utensils, plates or cup… what’s the point of having a kitchen if it’s bare and nothing is provided? The room was very dirty. There was black long hair everywhere as if the girl from the ring stayed in the room before us. The bottoms of my sock were black after walking on the floors for all of 5 min. The counter tops had stains and crumbs on them as if they were never cleaned. The nightly staff was nice, but the morning staff were rude. I stayed here because I was going to a festival near by at SeatGeek stadium. I would avoid this hotel unless there is absolutely no other choice

The floor was sticky. I went out and literally bought a swiffer to clean the floor because they do not allow guests to use anything besides a broom. The ladies working at this hotel is what made this experience. Other than that, wouldn't stay here again. How are you going to put me a in a NO SMOKING room and you walk in and it smells like cigarettes. Be so for real.
