Dirty bathroom and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Dirt under furniture. 5 outlets were inoperable. Street level Windows open upon arrival. Entry door frame was bent and loss and deadbolt would not engage. Loose toilet seat unable to be tightened. Coffee maker supplied didn’t work. They said they were low on kitchen supplies no silverware. Staff was ordering pizza in cell phone while we were waiting to check in.

I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. I know there is a different level of quality to expect at the discounted price. But this place was awful. The first staff member we engaged with was polite, but the second was extremely rude and seemed like it was a nuisance to ask for a new room key because the one he gave me didn't work. The room was dirty, the entire place smelled awful and was clearly not maintained. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Péssima estadia neste hotel. A estadia foi terrível. Ao chegar no hotel para fazer o check in, tive vários problemas com os 3 quartos alugados, pois tínhamos alugado 3 quartos com 2 camas de casal em cada quarto, e o atendente do hotel informou que só tinham quartos disponíveis com 1 cama de casal. Tivemos também problemas no quarto, pois a luz apagava a todo momento por queda de energia, a geladeira não gelava. Avoid at all Measures The room was not clean upon on arrival. We were told that the room was cleaned and ready. However, we noticed a faint smell with what appeared to be mold in the bathroom and around the AC Unit. Outrageous condition.

Liked: The proximity to Midway. Semi quiet. Disliked: Poor check in service. Unsanitary rooms. Expensive for the quality. Every stick of furniture is dirty and broken. Ghetto.

Our room and the hotel were just dirty in general. Our room was musty, dusty and smelly. It looked like they didn’t even vacuum, didn’t clean the tub or care to change the bed sheet. The room we stayed in included a kitchen but there’s no pots, pans, utensils, plates or cup… what’s the point of having a kitchen if it’s bare and nothing is provided? The room was very dirty. There was black long hair everywhere as if the girl from the ring stayed in the room before us. The bottoms of my sock were black after walking on the floors for all of 5 min. The counter tops had stains and crumbs on them as if they were never cleaned. The nightly staff was nice, but the morning staff were rude. I stayed here because I was going to a festival near by at SeatGeek stadium. I would avoid this hotel unless there is absolutely no other choice
