Service was excellent but the room itself was in poor condition. The kitchen area had nothing and what was in the room was worn out.

Upon check in, we were told we were going to have to take care of our own trash, there was no housekeeping for our short of a period of stay, and we needed to "exchange" our towels for new ones each day. My partner had asked for a restroom, as we had a long journey and he couldn't wait for the check in to be complete. He was told there were no public restrooms, and was told he needed to wait to get into the room. We then got into the non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. Not as advertised First of all I’m pretty sure this is not a hotel at all but an apartment complex. There did not appear to be any travelers there despite its proximity to Midway airport. The pictures on the website did not at all approximate the room we got. Neither did the “breakfast.” When I went down to get the food there was nothing there so I asked at the front desk. The woman handed me a NutriGrain bar and a muffin. I had to sign a waiver stating k would not have a party or smoke any substance while staying there. The... read more

The hotel was not very clean. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the hallways and my room, although it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. The room was dingy & dated.

Bad experience The hotel smelled upon entry! The room had an order. The police was called to the hotel, because some drug addicts were nearly fighting in the doorway of the hotel. I would like a refund.

Shower curtain was not wide enough couldn't enjoy my shower Bathroom smell like pee by the tub floor was dirty and refrigerator was leaking
