Our only complaint was that the shower rod was bent so that the curtain kept sliding to the middle. Made the floor very wet.

It was close and convenient....that's it. The breakfast was substandard to even a Motel 6 that I stayed in South Dakota last summer. The shuttle only operates 1x an hour and to add further insult it was a full 15 minutes late. Other nearby hotels were 2-3 x's/hour. Both bed lamps were completely broken. Not able to read in bed.

The bed was extremely too firm, the hallways had a pepper odor to them. I had to switch rooms because the first one had an odor as well, the fridge in the room had a terrible stain on it and the kitchen area floor was sticky. The second room was better, and only having to stay 2 nights, i just tolerated it. There is no ice machine either, and they only provided a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner, which was pretty bad..the staff was polite and apologetic.

Reasonable place for overnight layover for O'Hare Had a layover in Chicago so needed a night room overnight. Overall, this was a good place to stay. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced but not cheap. My only "complaint" is that the free shuttle only makes a once an hour pick up from the airport to the hotel. So we wound up paying a $26 taxi fare cuz we didn't want to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle, it was already 9:30pm and we were exhausted from many delays for our flight out of LGA and the shuttle would not arrive til 1... read more
