Accommodations Shuttle service to and from air port was excellent

Very convenient to Ohare This place had so many smells going on everywhere. At first it looks ok but I'm really not confident that my bed was ever changed from the last person. Found grit and hair on the sheets... Room had a foul odor. Glad we were staying barely a night there. They said there would be coffee and some small breakfast items available at 430am and there was nothing out yet at 440 when we were checking out.

The hotel was clean, rooms are nice. But the breakfast that was offered as continental breakfast was very bad. Just some granolas and coffee. The girl on the front desk in the morning was very rude, and not very willing to help us, her name was Collen. I tried to talk to the manager but I was unable to. You should give what you offer.

Wasnt aware they didnt cash. Wasnt helpful to accommodate. I like to pay cash when i check in.

they let us check in early @ 2pm, which was great as my 2 kids were really jetlagged from the 14 hour flight. It was also near target and several restaurants so finding food to eat wasnt that hard.
