Reasonable place for overnight layover for O'Hare Had a layover in Chicago so needed a night room overnight. Overall, this was a good place to stay. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced but not cheap. My only "complaint" is that the free shuttle only makes a once an hour pick up from the airport to the hotel. So we wound up paying a $26 taxi fare cuz we didn't want to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle, it was already 9:30pm and we were exhausted from many delays for our flight out of LGA and the shuttle would not arrive til 1... read more

Perhaps I did not understand that there was no daily service. I can make my bed - no problem. But that was not so clear in the reservation service. They had good coffee - acceptable muffins. There was no problem with airport noise, which friends, staying at more upscale places near rosemont, mentioned.

Booked a Queen Size Bed with pull out sofa. Pros: Shuttle to and from O'hare. Kitchenette allows you to eat meals. Just ask for a kitchen kit at Check-in. Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Granola Bars, and Muffins available in the morning. Walking distance to Target, IHOP, Liquor and Tobacco Store, Steak and Shake, Panda Express, and several local eateries. Hotel is split into two buildings literally 15 feet away from each other. The desk staff assume that you already know this and are not very helpful if this is not immediately apparent. Bathroom sink in room filled up very quickly and drained very slowly. Hair left on bathroom floor from previous guests. Air conditioner continually locked out and had to be reset manually. Luckily I figured out how to do this but a less technically saavy person would have been extremely frustrated.
