Disappointing Stay at Extended Stay America Suites Chicago Schaumburg Conv Center I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Suites Chicago Schaumburg Conv Center, and my experience was quite poor. The luggage cart was broken, making it difficult to transport our bags. The amenities were inadequate, with missing basic items and a noisy air conditioner. Cockroaches everywhere Cockroaches by the dozen in the room Dirty and stained towels Floor dirty and sticky White socks were black from walking only a short time in the room Most dirty hotel I have ever seen
