On Friday, December 1st. 2023 I made a reservation at the, "Extended Stay Of America" hotel in Schaumburg, Illinois like I've done on several different occasions. But on this particular evening. The Front Desk clerk claimed that he couldn't find my reservation (confirmation) number!!! And I paid already paid for the entire weekend at that hotel. And I completely don't believe him. I don't know what to think about that.

The rooms smell like cigarettes and it’s non smoking hotel. They change your room and don’t even apologize. The next room they put us smelled like mildew and mold and on both rooms the phones don’t work.

Beds were small and not comfortable. It could be a great spot if it had some internal updates and more staffing support. The person at the desk was nice but were overwhelmed and had nobody to assist with those of us waiting to check in.

Very noisy neighbors and looked and sounded unsafe to be in.

The man at the front desk was not welcoming and the room did not have washcloths with a small blanket for the whole night. The location is great but outside of that i would not return.

The room was pretty dirty. There was a brown stain on the bed sheet and there were dried-up piss stains on the toilet bowl.
