The property will leave hang and dry if any emergencies situations. Their office hours are 7am to 11pm. No front desk person or anyone to assist you. I had never ever encounter a hotel with no front desk person to assist customers. Be wares! The so call breakfast is not is not even a size of a small computer desk with no sit down tables at all. Don’t be fooled! Go somewhere else where business knows how to run it properly and care about their customers.

Dirty! Floors, tub, shower curtain, stove, fridge door would not close, microwave dirty, blood stain on shower curtain, old wash cloth left in bathroom. TV did not work, asked someone to fix & no one showed up, phone was not connected, asked for extra towel from house keeping was told to go front desk, asked front desk said they ran out due to washing, fridge made loud popping sound was hard to sleep. Will not recommend or stay again.

It was close for shopping i didnt like the rooms because the fridge didnt work then we got a different room and the was a hole in the screen so we could keep the window open and the blankets were real thin and so was the pillows both rooms had broken cabinets and cheap floor tiles smelled like a old room

Disappointing Refrigerator did not work. Room smelled like cigarettes/ vape. I'm non smoking so I can tell. Noisy neighbors people coming and going all night .. I guess you get what you pay for!

Upon checking in, I was told that one of my reserved rooms was taken and that they had only one other room available. Then I had to pay a security deposit for each room of $50/room. This has not been taken back from my credit card as of the time of typing this review. The room that was the substitute for the room of 2 queen beds, was dirty. The bed linens had stains on them and the shower had soap scum and seemed like it hasn't been cleaned with Comet in a long time. The other room was better though. Never again. It was bad from start to finish. I had to more than 30 minutes to check in, because no one was at the front desk. I had to call corporate to get someone to the front. Then the room smelled bad, the TV wouldn't turn on with the remote or by the TV itself, the phone was broken, and the light in the bathroom would barely turn on. I'd only stay here if I absolutely had to The whole place just looked shabby. The rooms weren't very impressive at all either. They only gave you one room key.
