They were renovating but didn't bother to make people aware ahead of time. The elevator seemed unsturdy. They advertised utensils to use with the kitchenette but there wasn't anything available. The room seemed halfway made up. The desk was broken and missing a drawer, the sheets had red stains and holes in them. The room had a weird smell to it. My daughter and I generally felt uncomfortable and scared. We checked out the next day. We won't be back

The place was okay, at best. They are doing some renovations. Unfortunately, they were doing renovations in the room directly above me and seem not to care how it affects patrons. Never should they rent a room directly below a room having a new floor installed. Additionally, they did not clean the rooms well. This was probably my worst experience in a hotel. It was simply awful.

We are in our 70s and upon arrival, we were denied a room due to "overbooking". Miraculously, they managed to eventually find a room for us after waiting and explaining that we had a booking confirmation. No housekeeping even after requesting. Property is dirty. Will never stay again.

Room smelled of smoke and was not-updated. Shower faucet dripped all night. Continental breakfast was very small (oatmeal and 1 muffin).
