The rooms were dirty, appliances aren’t working, didn’t get the rooms what we booked for, unprofessional and rude staff.

Never book this hotel!!! This hotel is horrable. I never been seen hotel like this. I booked this hotel because there is kitchen but there is nothing for cooking. I asked person in reception but he gave me a two pot and three plate only. He told me that is all he can gave. No spoon, fork.. Nothing. This hotel must remove from. the hotel list in Expedia.

When I arrived the staff at the desk was very nice. We went to our room and needless to say, this place has not been maintained. There were no room phones to call the front desk. The sink counter was cracked and held up by a board. You can see water damage around the bathroom door and shower. The shower was filthy. I did notify the front desk and housekeeping came and cleaned the shower. The shower curtain rod was halfway hanging off the wall. This Extended Stay had no plates, cups, or silverware in the room kitchen. There were also no towels, and when I requested them from the front desk, the towels that were delivered were dirty. I would avoid this hotel.

Price point is your only benefit Check in was straight-forward. The room was less than stellar. Foul smells in the hallways, stained carpets, missing face plates on cabinets, bathroom light did not work, broken lamp with light bulb hanging off its side, stained carpet, stains on the wall, TV continuously froze, AC kept cutting off and on, room was exceptionally hot as a result.
