Got over charged after we checked out and got home. Got the run around by both hotels for seceral hours. And the property manager said the depsoit would ve a HOLD and not a CHARGE. my account went almost 200 in negative, and after a couple hours on the phone, expedia was of bo grlp and told me to deal with the hotel itself. Nothing but provlems the whole way. with NO help from either side.

The room was a non smoking, and it’s smelled liked some people smoke at the room. The rooms was not clean.

Mold in the bathroom, dirty sheets on bed replaced with less dirty sheets, bad smell in hallways, room dirty and falling apart.

We left Room stunk of cigarettes and bed was not made. We demanded a refund and left.

Propery overall very outdated, dirty and run down.

Mildew all over the tub, duxt tape holding the laminate onto the table, everything was very old, musty

Think again Breakfast is not what they say it is, breakfast area is next to a vending machine can only fit 2 people just to get coffee and a muffin why call it hot breakfast? I was supposed to stay for 2 nights my flight was canceled so I asked could I leaves a day early front desk told me that I had to fill out a form saying why I was leaving a day before then he’s manager will forward it to the third party I booked my stay and wait for a response or a partial refund. Only stay here if you can’t afford anything else My room was on the first floor, and the window was open when I entered. The screen was on the outside ground. The window did not lock, and the AC did not blow any cold air at all. Mildew was growing in the tub enclosure grout, and the bathroom ceiling was partially unfinished. Somehow, the wrapped soap in the bathroom even had mold—directly on the soap. Pillows were extremely flat and the pillowcases had several mold spots. The tv didn’t work. I called the front desk several times and no one answered. I had to ask 3 times before they fixed it.
