When I arrived the staff at the desk was very nice. We went to our room and needless to say, this place has not been maintained. There were no room phones to call the front desk. The sink counter was cracked and held up by a board. You can see water damage around the bathroom door and shower. The shower was filthy. This Extended Stay had no plates, cups, or silverware in the room kitchen. There were also no towels, and when I requested them from the front desk, the towels that were delivered were dirty. I would avoid this hotel.

Price point is your only benefit Check in was straight-forward. The room was less than stellar. Foul smells in the hallways, stained carpets, missing face plates on cabinets, bathroom light did not work, broken lamp with light bulb hanging off its side, stained carpet, stains on the wall, TV continuously froze, AC kept cutting off and on, room was exceptionally hot as a result. There is no phone in the room. There is no TV remote in the room. Chairs are sticky Floor has a lot of stains sticky I have made aware of the same in the reception
