When we first checked in staff was very rude. Another group that was with us was a little under 21 which is fine, but never refund their money for their stay. They said it was already refunded back, but never saw the refund in our Account. Our room was supposed to have a couch didn’t get that either. Fast forward to check out time. I stood there for 30 minutes waiting to check out, with several other groups, just to be told “oh these are your rooms, thank you your good”. We had to go up to the third floor 3 times to make sure the room was okay. Bathroom had mold and soap scum. There was hair in the toilet. Bed is extremely stiff

Room was dirty with hair on the toilet and in the bathroom sink. Floor was sticky so I wiped it with a towel and it was black. Property is run down and won’t ever stay here again.
