The staff was great and accommodating, but the room had many issues. The first room had no pillows on the bed, damaged furniture, and stained countertops. Thankfully, they put us another room. On a hot July day the air conditioning was working and that was the positive thing about the room. This place has an extended stay motel vibe. It was conveniently located to restaurants and the freeway. However, I'd only stay again if I had NO other hotel choices.

Do research before staying here. This last stay makes me question using Hotels.com for booking in the future. This place was dirty. No Wi-Fi unless you paid an extr fee. The staff was incoherent. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The linoleum floor was sticky from overuse of cleansers and the carpet had a wet feeling probably from the overuse of cleansers.

No hot water in the room!

Terrible The sink was filthy. The bed was stiff. The air conditioner barely worked. They kept the morning breakfast behind the desk, so you had to ask for your offbrand prepackaged danish like an orphan begging for food.

Supposedly a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke. Multiple lights did not work including the bathroom. Breakfast was a joke

Smelled like smoke. I reserved a non smoking room. Several lights did not work including bathroom lights
