this hotel was like home less shelter. people are sitting in the hallway on the floor . i stayed 3 night did not clean the room . there was no napkin or tissue in the first place .i went to get the toilet paper from the first desk. Very disappointed

Do Not Old, dirty, and smelly rooms. The daughter had spoiled food in the fridge. Towels on the floor were left black when used.

Key cards kept not working, very dirty, toe nails on floor, towels turned black from the floor, shower head broken, dirty fridge, dirty sinks.

I told the staff about the ac and they never came to fix it

Horrible conditions- floor was filthy. Smell was nasty- cleaner smell overpowering. People sitting on the curbs- smoking near the doors- propping open the doors- because the keys don’t work. Air conditioning worked but there was still moisture in the room which made it I uncomfortable. Sheets were like burlap. The best were the two roaches that paid a visit to us this morning. The first room they gave me was dirty, food on the floor & in the refrigerator. No toilet paper at all and no towels at all. The room smelled horrible... like something rotting somewhere. Even the guy from the desk said it was horrible when he came to give us different room keys. Which took us to a room that had half a roll of toilet paper & at least a clean refrigerator.
