No accommodations I had nowhere to sleep they were too reluctant to let me stay in the lobby to figure out why they screwed my reservation without a refund

Would not recommend. No room service No breakfast. Room service was weekly instead of daily. No breakfast provided. Only coffee and granola bars. Rooms did not have essentials like a coffee maker and coffee as offered in other hotels (as standard) with the same and even better price. Only thing i liked was that it was close to old orchards mall which had places to eat and shop around. Thats pretty much it. Check in and check out was easy.

Room We Never Used But Got Charged! We landed at midnight at O’Hare, got our rental car, arrived at hotel at 1am and were told we couldn’t check in until 2am! We had a funeral to attend that morning. The hotel desk attendant had forgotten that he had one more party (us) still to check in. So he allowed the computers to be shut down and their hotel audit was in progress. Worst experience of my life.Staff is not attentive to customers needs or concerns.Very bad condition of the beds and pillows.All the hallways smell of smoke and marijuana .

The property was very dirty. The customer service was very poorly, the room was not what we expected.

Room had clearly not been cleaned. Also, smelt horrible.

It’s usually a nice place to stay but this one time I had a room that smelled like feet and had to open a window to take the smell out. The bathroom was not cleaned and I was missing bath dry towels. The bathroom was dirty. I was told that a supervisor was going to give me a call back about my stay and I’ve never received anything from the manager at all
