Room was not clean and ready until 5 pm. It was so disappointed. And the receptionist was so rude. Her attitude sucked.

Room is smelling badly. no daily room cleaning. towels and bed sheet are old.

Check in was smooth. The breakfast consisted of a muffin or a granola bar and coffee. I don't drink coffee and am diabetic so the muffin and granola bar were not good. The hairdryer in the room caught on fire when I was using it and my toilet was clogged and didn't get fixed on the day I reported the problem. Wasn't fixed until the next day. A working toilet is a must have

Cigarette smoke filled room! The service was terrible and the rooms smeeled terribly of cigarette smoke. I called and the did nothing about it. Woke up sick!! Stay away from this place!

We had to clean the bathroom and kitchen. Mold in toilet. Toothpaste splashback on faucet and counter. Hairs everywhere. Just dirty. But we were exhausted and already paid. Didn’t have the luxury of changing rooms or hotels.

We booked two double beds but upon check in we were told hotel was over booked and were given one king bed for all 4 of us. We managed to handle 3 nights, but there was no way of moving us into a new room. Wish we would have known in advance so we can make arrangements at a different Hotel. On the web page description of breakfast included we anticipated it full on breakfast but it was only but it was far away from that. Hallways in the hotel smelled really bad and stale. BEWARE PLEASE READ!!!! When I checked in I was given a room key and when I opened the door someone was already sleeping in the bed. Me and my girlfriend were really annoyed because we were so exhausted we just wanted to go to sleep. So we went back down and told the front desk he apologized and gave us another room but said let me call to make sure no one is in there and there was so he tried another room and gave us a key we went in that room and it reaked of urine!!!!
