Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Front desk said there were no other rooms available, but we were welcome to come down and they’d give us some air freshener.

Unprofessional We checked in at 2pm on Monday and was booked until Thursday. We quickly unbooked at 8pm on Monday. We had a horrible experience with the staff. I would not recommend this to Anyone. I rate this experience a zero. We were in town for a funeral and the experience was so traumatic we unbooked and had to make other arrangements. Horrible.

Booked at 10:45 pm for checkin same day was coming from different state got there bt 2 am and they didnt let me checkin. What type of hotel is this had to search for another hotel and had to ask my friend for money as i didnt get refunded as well from orbitz

The room was not ready, dirty bathrrom un-made beds. Second room smelled of smoke.

Disappointed When I saw the rooms on the internet I thought they looked really nice. I was disappointed when I got in the room it needs updating. When I first wrnt to check in i was asked if I was paying cash or credit? When I replied cash I was told if it wasn't at least a weeks stay they didn't take cash. I was not told this upon booking nor did I see it in fine pront on the internet. I was not at all impressed.

Horrible hotel We got there and hotels.com had apparently cleared the reservation with the hotel but the manager never put it in so when we arrived we did not have a room ... after hotels.com rep spoke with the hotel he reluctantly gave us a room the was dirty and smelled like smoke. I requested a different room because the one he gave us smelled like smoke. Do not trust workers The staff are thieves. I realized I left 1 of my coats in the room a couple hours after I checked out and called to report it. Front desk and housekeeping claimed it was not there and implied it was not left but it actually meant someone took it. It was a nice winter dress jacket and my fault for leaving it but what happened to honesty/doing the right thing and turning in items that do not belong to you?!?!?!? Do not stay here. We checked into our room and the smoke detector was beeping. The front desk person was super sweet got us into a new room and even made sure that we were now happy. We got up to have breakfast which was advertised and it was oatmeal and granola bars. Went to take our showers and we had no hot water was kinda warm so we made it work. When checking out I was asked how our stay was. I told her not good, she looked at me and said oh sorry, Expedia will send you a receipt for your stay. Waste of time Scary hotel. Did not feel safe or welcome whatsoever. Lobby smelt like must, and some of the other people staying there made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Ended up booking elsewhere. Do not recommend friends or families to stay here ever.
