No hot water on a cold morning Staff was friendly. Room was good for price. However, the hot water in the shower didn’t work so I had to take a sink bath which was disappointing.

Good value for the price The room was large. The bed was comfortable. It had a large fridge and a stove. However no pots or pans or plates or cups. So you will have to provide those if you want to cook in the room. The continental breakfast is minimal. Coffee and small packaged muffins or granola bars, but for the price I don’t mind. There is a good Chinese buffet across the street and a movie theater on the corner.

Nice have full refrigerator and cooktop stove. Shower was nice and hot. Bed was very comfortable but little small be queen. Staff was nice and helpful. Area of hotel was good. Not a lot of traffic.

The smoking maybe in another area away from the entrance and the front lobby. It smelled like the smoke pit
