Bathroom had all kinds of hair in the tub and shower

Not great. Checking in was easy and the lady helping us was very friendly and nice. Are room was big and roomy, but very ran down. There were dead cockroaches in the kitchen area and in the bathroom.

I booked here because I was traveling with my adult son. I booked a room that had a separate bedroom. Upon arrival I was told that wasn’t an option, because they were At capacity. I requested to book an additional room and I was told that wasn’t an option. No doubt in my mind this hotel was far from booked, I saw literally 3 guests the whole time I was there and the parking lot has very few cars.

Very outdated and dirty. Customer service needs improvement. Asked for towels 3 different times and was told they didn’t have any more. Eventually I think he got irritated and just pulled some out of the dryer. It seemed like most of their customers are long term tenants.
