The management is terrible. After paying for the room I reserved I learned they overbooked the hotel. They put me in a smaller room but promised to refund my money as a result of their error. Unfortunately they did not. I called the hotel several times and was told the manager would call back to take care of this but Dave did not. Absolutely awful Rooms all smelled of cigarette smoke. WIFI didn’t work. Breakfast was packaged muffins and coffee was terrible

Drab, dreary, dark, cheap-the place, not the rates. Plastic disposable cups, no breakfast (I don't consider a granola bar breakfast). I feel cheated.

Hallway smelled like heavy smoke. Room also had a smoky smell.

Manager Dave We check in later since we drive in for a hot sauce show we have been doing for three years. We were about an hour and half out and here comes the card on our card for one night. We get checked and finally go to sleep only to wake up to 12 missed calls from the front desk and then a knock on the door.
