Non-smoking room I have requested a non-smoking room. When I checked in I was given a smoking room that was very smelly. I had to fight with the front desk women and demand non-smoking room. Thank goodness I had booked through Expedia since I believe that is why she eventually did give me a non-smoking room
Great hotel Second time that I have stayed and will go back! Check in and out was a breeze and the staff was great! Room was perfect for what my bf and I needed! Loved it!
Great The room was great and service was awesome. Very friendly and welcoming and in a great location.
I had never heard of Extended Stay Hotels. I was a little hesitant to try a place unknown to me. I have no regrets. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The only complaint I might have is that the continental breakfast was not available at 6 am in the morning. Other than that, I was very pleased and plan to stay there again in the future.
Close to our destination The hotel manager was very helpful and really cared about our comfort. The hotel is not the most upscale i have stayed in but was cheap and location was great. Staff very nice and helpful!
Good value This was my first time staying here. I was not expecting a 5-Star hotel and this is not. But it is a very good value for what you get. My room was very clean & no bugs! I only have 3 complaints: 1) I stayed in a ground floor room & my window did not lock securly. I'm a female who was alone so I was a bit concerned for my safety. Smokers Haven Other than the fact the the common areas smell like an ashtray place is clean and staff is friendly.
