Got bitten by bed-bugs.

The fixtures were old. Toilet seat broke. Constant weed smoking in the stairwell. Floors were dirty, appliances nasty, transferred me to this location because the one I choose was full. Noisy intersate

Beds comfortable. Had to ask for everything needed for the room including cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker. Key cards had to be activated over and over.

If we haven’t paid in advance we would have left b Checked in late and no one was at the front desk. There was a sign that said be back in 10 minutes. The hotel is old and run down.

I booked with Travelocity and once I arrived the clerk stated the hotel was overbooked and there was no rooms (2) for us. We drove from over 2 hours away and nothing was more frustrating than to be told we didn’t have a room after we already booked it. No apologies No trying to assist us nothing! Very very bad customer focus and I will never book with Travelocity or this hotel again! Also I need my credit card refunded right away!!!

Not good The fire alarm went off at 2 in the morning and woke everyone up. I went downstairs to ask what happened, she rudely said it was fake? And prior to that, i asked for an extra pillow and they was all out?

The elevator was broken and we were on the fourth floor. I know we got the last room but this wasn’t mentioned until after I had paid and gotten my room key. No one ever came to the front desk at check out so we just left.
