They had roaches

service from front desk was great, but as soon and we got to our room there were insects (roaches) on the counter. all we did was open the door we did not even go in. Front desk was very helpful and was able to refund me.

Roaches. Cigarette burns. Cleaner came up to the room to clean while we were still in there.

"Won't charge a damage fee!?" Booked for 1 night 8/1/24 Got to the room and tried to get settled in. Tried the tv - no luck. Lights beside the bed wouldn't tun on, and the "main" light by the door flickered so bright when I turned it on I felt like I was in a game show. I went to the front desk to ask if I could switch rooms and was told, "We don't have any other rooms available and since you told us about these issues, we won't charge you a damage fee?" Excuse me? We had a confirmed reservation, but the hotel didn’t honor it. They said they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. They said we had to contact Expedia. They said Expedia should have notified us and moved us elsewhere. We contacted Expedia, but they weren’t able to help us. We couldn’t find another hotel. We had to drive home, arriving at 2:30a.m. Very disappointing.
