Front desk person was not guest friendly. Our room smells so bad I complained him but no action was taken.

This property is housing homeless people. Did not feel safe from the moment we pulled into the parking lot.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed. So dirty, sheets were clean and shower was hot. The hotel was just dirty, trash all over outside. Was not cheap either. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. I’m not one to complain, that is how bad this place is!

Our room smelled like an old pet shop filled with wet dogs. Front desk promised a room that was NOT given to guests with pets. After entering a room, we knew immediately that was not true. I returned to the front desk and the employee just said, "that's not a pet room, the smell must be because it just rained." The smell was overpowering. Guests without pets can smell that in a heartbeat, so stop offereing rooms that are "pet free".

The room was bad but the service was good I didn’t end up staying at the hotel because the room had an overpowering foul smell. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. Ultimately, I only spent about 30 minutes in the room before asking for a new room or a refund. No other room was available so he refunded my money.
