Avoid! The hotel smelled like weed and the shower had no hot water.

I left after 2 nights of a 2 week stay. Just call the Hampton inn and ask if they’ll match the price. They did it for me and I’ve been much happier.

Not a good breakfast. Hard to get the internet to work at first.

First the phone did not work, usually not an issue except when you need to reach the front desk. There was no remote for the tv, I had to walk to the front desk to get one, the lady gave me the best of the three and the batteries died after five minutes of use. The bed slept worse than the air mattress I use for camping. The worst part was the heat. Set on 69 it ran constantly and turned the room into an oven, and if I turned it down to 68 the it only blew out cold air and no heat at all. This was Extended Stay’s last chance... read more

Empty rooms and bedbugs The staff was super friendly. But when I tell you I woke up on the last day there was a BED BUG crawling on the bed I lost it. And I got only a refund for 1 night instead of both the nights I stayed!! I was told that “well since it’s only 1 that you found it’s not an infestation yet” 1 is too many!!!! It’s already got spots on the bed!! They multiply wayyyyyy too fast. And not only the bed bugs, but my room was supposed to have dishes and it didn’t so I had to run down stairs several times to ask for ... read more

The amenities were at a BARE MINIMUM. I have slept on a better mattress at a "hotel 6" . The water was barely hot enough to take a WARM shower and the so called breakfast was only coffee and oatmeal. I was seriously regretting my choice 1 hour after my arrival.
