I stayed for 4 days and 3 night. House keeping never came to clean the room. For all 3 nights I had to deal with the same towels. I will never refer anyone there or stay at there anymore.

Welcome to the “Curry Suite”. We checked into room 205,which I’ll call “ The Curry Suite”. The smell was unbearable. Someone had cooked curry so much it had completely embedded into the rooms carpets, drapes, bedding. Immediately went to front desk and asked for another room. Was given 207. No stench, but lamps weren’t working, alarm clock found on floor under bed, 1/2 inch of dust in bath room vent. Absolutely disgusting. From the smell, the beer that was in the fridge,....dating to 6/2016!!!!! Deplorable!

Worst Customer Service Never able to check in, Lori Front Desk could not find my reservation and now I got charge and the Hotel does not want to refund my money

Extended Don't Stay Overall, the hotel is old and in need of updates - bathroom tub/shower had dirt and hair, you have to fill up the ice trays in the freezer to have ice - no ice machine on the property - grab and go breakfast was disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel location anyone.

Our first impression was that the staff seemed “put out” when we walked in the door. Front desk clerk saw us walk in, didn’t acknowledge us, and walked away from the desk to do something. We don’t mind waiting, but greet us and politely ask us to wait. Once we were helped, there were no smiles, no “please and thank you.” The room was ok. We knew it wouldn’t be much for the price. Will never go back. The assistant manager was rude and treated us like second class citizens. There was a misunderstanding about registering our dogs and even after apologizing profusely and offering to go to another hotel, she was still hostile to me in front of a whole group of people. We will go back to La Quinta Inns where we have always been treated very well.

Clean but looks like I am in the 70’s!!! This hotel was not at all what I was expecting!!! It was very outdated, but it was clean. I was not as advertised. There is no free breakfast, but a grab and go coffee bar. The staff was nice, but I will never t be staying here again.
