Disappointed customer Needs some updates, better beds and spreads. No coffee in the room and only one towel and rag for a suite. Man at the front desk appeared to occupied to help a mother struggling with luggage and could open the door. Dark hallways, and dirty appearing carpet and linens. Check in was prompt and Check out was easy. Cancelled second night!

It’s exactly what you would expect from a $49.00 hotel. Dirty, extremely smelly and inconvenient. The staff was very nice I must say.

Stairwell had bag of trash, stairs covered with debris. Cabinets still had food in it from previous guest and the dresser still had someone else’s clothing in it. I was afraid to sleep under covers although the bed was made well.

The rooms cleanliness needs to be improved. The smells/odors in the room were not good.

The queen bed was actually a full. They advertised breakfast and it was actually coffee and crackers. All around disappointing.

Rude and dysfunctional staff - AND if I want a check out receipt - Contact Orbitz - "That what happens whey YOU USE 3rd party for booking" - I requested room since In partly disabled - NOPE... no record of my request I requested early check-in - and was told 1pm- NOPE... no record of my request - 2:30pm was earliest room cleaned - I asked if they wanted to see a copy of my requests - NOPE... its not in our system - so since you used "ORBITZ" contact them - its their mistake
