We were not real happy with this hotel. I have not stayed in a hotel where we had to pay for room service/having to go to get our new towels. Also, your breakfast was very poor/should not be advertised as breakfast. We had to go out for breakfast which was not our plan when going to your hotel. I have never stayed in a hotel for a very long time where there was not a hair dryer on the wall. After washing my hair, I had no dryer to dry it with. We will not be staying in your hotel in the future.

The hallways and room had a bad odor, there were basically no amenities.

Meh... Wouldn’t do it again. Not a comfortable/clean “feel.” Hair on the shower wall. Bed & pillows weren’t comfortable at all. Not the worst I’ve stayed in, but cheap for a reason.

This hotel boasted free complimentary breakfast, which is some muffins and coffee on a stand.....they also stated there is always coffee and tea in the lobby.....not. The lobby is not much of one and the lundering facilities was viewable from the front desk. The hotel check in person kept yawning and saying how he only got two hours of sleep. This was at 6pm! The room did not have a good television. It was probably 15 years old and they bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Windows were filthy. Very disappointment. A to... read more

Good location, no control for terrible TV, got a control didn't work gave up, did not have or reservation in computer but had hard copy and unable to get into system. Still not sure if billed correct. In AM limited food out of coffee had to stop elsewhere.

Horrible Room smelled horrible, floor was dirty (no carpet), and bed was barely softer than sleeping on the floor, will never stay again

Room was ant infested.Gave new room, but didnt want to reimburse me some if my money bsck. Told me to go to another hotel . It was 1am REALLY...

This property seemed a bit run down. The bathtub had 2 huge areas where the finishing was peeled away. There was an empty water bottle behind the chair that wasn’t ours. I understand needing to work within a budget and keep in line with set metrics, but the simple things I saw could have been addressed, but weren’t.

Older facility. Not clean at all. Breakfast was coffee and breakfast bars. Should not be allowed to say they offer breakfast.
