We checked in at 1:30am and the lady working the desk at the time. Was extremely rude to us and another woman checking in. She was very snippy when we couldn’t get in because the door was locked and she told us very snotty to use our room key which we obviously didn’t have one. So she rolled her eyes and rudely asked the other woman she was dealing with to let us in. She was just very rude and snotty the entire check in. The woman at the counter the next morning at check out was much friendlier.

Likes: the room was nice, quiet, close to a lot of restaurants, etc. Dislikes: the elevator was broken (we had a handicapped family member with us), reserved 2 king rooms/only got one king room/one queen room, no hangers in the closet, could not use the tub - only the shower feature worked, no blow dryer, I would not call what they served "breakfast" (oatmeal) and the second day they were out of coffee - just wish they would advertise this better-very misleading

elevator out of order elevator was not working, we had to walk up to 4th floor.

Room was on the fourth floor elevators been out of service for four weeks. Breakfast was coffee and soggy muffins.

It was old and outdated. Continental breakfast was coffee and granola bars. Would not go back there again.

.will not stay at ome anyware it was a bed beg room.the next room take 1 hr to clean. then the room was not clean. and shower . could not take floor so sicky. got 2 hrs of sleep. wast of my money. i should sleep in my car.
