First, I want to say the staff was excellent - so friendly and did their best to try to fix the problems e encountered. Check-in was easy and pleasant. Unfortunately, those are the only positives. The property itself was terrible The floors in the hallway looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Our ice trays - the only way to get ice - had a large black hair in it. And when we turned on the heater in the room, the room was flooded with the overwhelming smell of ammonia. It smelled like a cat had peed down the heater ... read more

Very noisy freeway noise jake brake noise all night. Must have been elephants stomping around on floor above me all night. Literally no sleep.

Never again... Extremely noisy on the highway side. Queen bed was the size of a double. No remote control in room. Some lights didn’t work and one light was not fastened completely to the ceiling. I would never stay here again and definitely wouldn’t pay over $50 for a room here.

The room was dirty. TV and phone was not working.

No pool/hot tub, no breakfast, no ice machine and tv didn’t work

The bed was stiff and unable to sleep on. Check in process for a prepaid room was a struggle

Staff was very polite, courteous and professional, however The facility NEEDS UPDATING and cleaning! Used bandaid stuck to bottom of bath trashcan, plastic fork and straw under table from previous guest, right side curtain hanging off rod, window screen leaning against wall under shelf... can’t call it a closet.... but I guess when you need a hotel last minute for a funeral and there’s a big Jazzfest in town... there’s not much left, but totally not worth $130./night plus tax etc. we had 3 rooms on the 4th floor, so thankful... read more

Not good sorry Not good, specially if you pay$100.00 for night and have to pay $5.00 extra for clean your room, pick your clean towels in reception and everything, I come tired from working 14 hours, driving, etc I don’t want clean my bed, my towels, look for soap, shampoo, etc, next time I pay a cheaper hotel like motel 8, fortunately they clean your room for you with not extra charge.

A painful experience There's no way to be worst! The drain of the bath was clogged. I asked the guy at the reception for some help. He was very unhelpful and quite arrogant. He refused any help and denied give me another room. The room was unbearable dirty. They didn't do the room (no change towels). The cook and the microwave were terribly dirty. The girls at the reception work in a appropriate way; that guy ... OMG ! what hateful behavior!
