Was unable to check in. Desk clerk stated they had no rooms and that they overbooked. Desk clerk was difficult to get ahold of when I attempted to check in. Had to ring the bell 5 or 6 times to get anyone to come to the front desk.

Roach Extended Stay I travel a lot for work and this, by far. was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was rude and the hotel was nasty. I went to call the front office, and there were roaches in the phone receiver. I asked for another room and was told they had just rented out the last room. Nothing like paying for a room you didn’t stay in, because I left. I’m not sleeping with bugs

1) Room was very dirty. The floor was tacky. The bottom of our slippers was black & sticky. 2) The table and dresser surfaces were covered with an unknown film. 3) The bathroom sink drain was extremely slow. It must be partially clogged with hair. 4) Lamps on side of bed did not work. Electrical outlet was loose in the wall, making a poor connection. This is a fire and safety hazard.
