I didn’t end up staying here- upon checking in, I found 6 people in the lobby, all with various complaints; Bed bugs, doors that wouldn’t close/lock, air conditioning not working, etc. While I was waiting, the clerk behind the counter raised his hands in the air and yelled “I need less people in the lobby!”. Whereas I understand why he would be frustrated, that is far from professional. With everything I saw in the lobby; the complaints I heard- I deemed it best for me to keep moving down the road.

At check-in, the room did not have towels or toiletries. Surfaces and floors were not clean.

Worst stay of my life! We were booked for two nights. The first room we were given hadn’t even been cleaned. The bed was made but sheets from person prior still on bed. Trash in the room and it smelled horrendous. Second room give —while the beds were clean….the room was so filthy! Roaches in the kitchen light fixture. Despite of having confirmed reservation there was no room available upon arrival. We were turned away with no options at 10:30 pm

Thieves I was told they had no reservation and so I had to go somewhere else and was still charged for my stay at the hotel
