I was not happy thay booked my room
RESERVATION NOT FULFILLED When I arrived at the end of a very busy day, I was advised that there were no rooms available. Because I reserved through a third-party, my contact information was not known to the hotel. Thankfully a sister location nearby was able to accommodate me. BUT THE RATE WAS MORE THAN RESERVATION. Overall not happy

It was a good price but I wouldn't stay there again since the beds smell dirty and a lot of ppl looks like live there o I did no feel safe.

Was in my room for 1 hour and was bitten by bed bugs. Needed to switch rooms and checked out early canceling my second night of stay.

I like the location, they provide a nice kitchen, but the bathroom was not good. They had a rusted, molded fold over seat inside the shower, with a over sized commode chair outside the shower, with clean towels on it, soap and shampoo.

Will never stay there again The hotel was not clean at all. The carpet was filthy and tile floor was filthy (sticky). The fire alarm was hanging down out of the ceiling. It was non smoking but smelled like stale cigarettes.

I did not like anything. Staff very unfriendly and threatening. I left early and forfeited my second night fee. That morning so called health department came into my room to inspect. I was preparing to attend a funeral. I was told I could not refuse entry. I had no forewarning from the motel. I while checking out i mentioned to the clerk and a huge member of the staff came out and threatened me for complaining. I am no pushover but I feared for my safety. Please let me know what action was taken against these people.
