Better cleaning of the trash and bathrooms. Was not pleased at all

NO This hotel has a nice TV, and the staff is friendly. The place is in need of a make over. They need new appliances. They truly need to clean. This place is dirty. Im pretty sure I killed a bed bug in my room. I flipped the bed to find a urine stain. They don't change the sheets at all. The icing on the cake was when i went to get a coffee maker. Property wasn’t an issue. Expedia made a reservation and it was not honored. Now they have refused a refund.
Booked two double bed rooms. One room only had one bed . It was by elevator and could not slept . Chair in room was filthy !!! Second room door would not latch unless you slam it. Ran into cob webs and killed two black spiders. Stains on carpet and burn holes on blankets.

Never again. This place is on the level of a Red Roof. Take a power washer to the sidewalks and stairwells and get the stains and gum and crap cleaned up.

The noise that was coming from something in the room. A humming sound. Didnt sleep at all. I wont be renting a room from you ever again

To start off with we was in room 109 set there with no air conditioning room was hot then shower didnt work , contacted staff then he came and checked it out was told to talk to manger at 7 am but did tranfer us to another room which was 111 which i told him which waa the staff worker it smelled bad you come smell the dog odor then the was dog food on food, dog hair on floor under bed completely dirty beside bed nasty kitchen area wasnt mopped well white stuff on floor then dresser broke i could go on and on this was suppose... read more
