We made our reservation about a month prior for a queen room. When we arrived we were told that there were no queen rooms available and we would need to pay more for the only available room, which was a king. When we told the front desk person we had made a reservation through Expedia a month ago, she said she didn't get the request until the day of our check in. Terrible My room was cancelled even after I called and spoke to someone at the hotel asking for a late check in. They confirmed I was good to come in late but when I arrived both my rooms were gone. They were sold out. No phone call for confirmation that I was still coming or anything.. very disappointed.

Will never stay there again At first glance the room appeared neat and clean. When looking for an outlet to plug in my phone, I found candy and toys behind the broken night stand and cobwebs hanging thick in the corner. The pillows were flat as pancakes and the towels were stained black and completely thread bare and falling apart. very poor etiquette for such a large chain We arrived at 11 50 pm and were told that the room we booked ( queen ) was unavailable so we had to take a smoking double . Also , they have a policy of a 12.00 dollar UP charge for the convenience of this downgrade. Insulted Yes there were issues with a lot but myself and my female cousin were harrassed by a group of 2 permanant residents at this hotel. The one man after me telling him over and over that i was married insisted that i come back to his room with him and he perform sexual favors for me but thankfully i was able to avoid any harm and then he moved on to my single female cousin and propositioned the same offer to her and she too was able to avoid harm. Don’t I had switch hotels due to a last minute decision to stay. I’ve stayed at other Extended Stay hotels before, no problem. This was close to a restaurant I was going to with the rest of my family. Perfect. Negative. I tell you the sheets were flipped inside out. Food under the bed, no cable and black stuff on the box spring. The guest rep when told about the room was not surprised. She also had her hair all over her head, and stained clothes.

I booked through Expedia : (2) double queen bed rooms. I arrived to location to check in and was told only one room exsisted and they don’t know why Expedia allowed for a “nonexistent” room to be booked. I had to pay an outrageous same day price of a king bed room because I had nowhere else to go..

One star The location is hard to find. The room is very small, the bedding is old. The smell is not good. The promised breakfast is a few muffins and bars on one side table. Do not book it!
