I’ve been trying to check in for over 45 minutes. They first told me I had no reservation and now that they finally read my ID card and listened to what my last name was (I mentioned it multiple times) they tell me that they have multiple dirty rooms, but no clean ones available.

Clean, well-appointed room and very pleasant staff. However, total lack of soundproofing and much rolling of carts down a concrete corridor between 3:00 and 4:30 am ruined positive aspects.

Looked more like it charged by the hour. We walked into our room and the lights were on, tv was on, looked like someone had been sitting on the bed, smelled like cigarettes while being a nonsmoking room and there were filthy towels on the floor. It literally looked like someone was still using the room right when we got there. Seems like someone had a key for it and was told to get out. It was gross. Got our refund and went to a different hotel.

I booked the extended stay for 2 days, I didn’t even stay at the place, I immediately booked another hotel as soon as I arrived due to cleanliness, the property of the building, and just the overall hotel itself.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE This is easily the worst hotel I have ever encountered, and I do travel a fair bit. The operator at the cash counter (Ms. Shavinna) was extremely rude and unprofessional. The worst customer service I have received -- EVER.
The property had a full size kitchen however people were smoking right outside of our room. Also I was charged an erroneous phone charge on my bill.
