Gawd awful toilet of a place! I'm writing because we need a refund and we had prepaid online and need to get the refund through you, is what the clerk had told us. We had 3 different rooms we attempted and 3 different but awful issues, I was livid! 1st room smelled so awful like body odor and the light didn't turn on. 2nd room still had someone in it! Three rooms were reserved and paid for, yet when I arrived it was only 2 rooms available...sheets and pillows were NOT clean! Not satisfied at all

Most disgusting place I’ve ever been to This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. While the front desk staff was pleasant the hotel was disgusting. There was dog urine on the carpet, the sheets were dirty, the room was filthy . We left

I liked that there was a bed. Bathroom was not cleaned from the previous guest. We were given a sponge to clean it ourselves because there was no house keeping on site at 4 p.m. in the afternoon. The air conditioner was broken - Did not work... And it was 90 outside. The office chairs had stains all over it - different colors including white.

My ac didnt work well the check in was long the staff had a bad attitude the room was over priced and seemed like it was a pay by the hour hotel it wasnt nice at all

The staff was awesome and did what they said, was all they could do for me.... I appreciate their efforts. I am happy with the two ladies service at the desk, but am dissapointed about the compensation of my horrible stay. My younger brother was bitten up by bed bugs. On his face, neck, shoulders, back, chest, arms, legs and feet!! Covered from head to toe... That is unacceptable. Negligent staff, no housekeeping, filthy toilet When I arrived at 1pm, there was a handwritten sign on the desk in the lobby saying 'with a guest, back in 10 minutes.' After listening the phones ring unanswered for about 20 minutes, the receptionist returned to tell me they would not check me in until 3pm because there were no rooms available (There was 1 car in the entire front parking lot.) I arrived to check in at 11:45 pm. I had 2 10 year old kids with me and the person on duty said that they ended up being booked up and that I needed to call hotels.com to get a refund of my money. I had to call on the phone and he was so rude and even hung up on me. I will never book with extended stay again. As well I will not be going through hotels.com again as I was on hold for 45 minutes and never received any help. I drove around and thankfully found another hotel.
Filthy. We got there at 3:15pm and we’re told the room wasn’t clean. They gave us our keys anyway but told us to come back later. We went out for the evening returning at 11:30pm to a bed that appeared slept in , stains all over (I mean ALL OVER) the carpet, furniture, and counters.
