I made reservation very last minute but I called before and after making this reservation to make sure there was no problem when I got to the hotel the lady said they had nothing available. I told her I had a baby in the car and explained how many times I called how was that even posible after giving me the response it’s not our fault it’s the people who answer the phone “they over book us” she finally found a room which was accessible which I didn’t mind imagine 11 pm what else could I find. The carpets in the hallway were horribly filthy. The room floor was so sticky you couldn’t even walk. The smell of marijuana was so pungent in the hallways it was nauseating, even though the facility was suppose to be smoke-free. HORRIBLE STAY!!

Clean and bright room. Strong smell of cleaning products throughout building and room. Light sensor activated a bright light over the bed every time we moved in the bed. This disrupted our sleep.

My visit was very disappointing. I had called to confirm check in which is supposedly at 3pm. We were told by the front desk our room was not ready and would not be ready for 3pm arrival. I called at 2:40pm. Considering I was in town for a wake. We went ahead to the wake without further delay. A lot of money for basically a self serv hotel. Frumpy and just a place milking the assets. Cheap towels, bare bones room. Place of last resort to stay. Over $700 for 2 nights stay: pathetic.
