I got allergies as soon as I get in the room . The room was dirty , too noisy and was not well maintained. I would never come back. Horrible experience.

Condition of the hotel is abysmal. Horrible stench in not only the hall, but as soon as you walk in the room too. The lady at the front desk on the weekdays was very nice, but the weekend lady was super rude. Wi-Fi was reliable. Carpets were filthy with stains everywhere. “Breakfast” was a couple nutrigrain bars and Quaker grits, yet no bowls or spoons. It stunk like mildew, urine, weed and food all mixed together. It was not mentioned that the place was under construction

Poor service We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and got 1 room with 2 queen beds and 1 room with 1 queen bed. No more rooms available. We had people sleeping on floor with pillows and blankets.

The place smells musty. As soon as you leave reception you can smell the stench. On the fourth floor, the corridor stinks of urine. I don't know if a baby peed in the hallway or if it was a guest. A few homeless people at the back door. The breakfast is a joke.

Once I checked in, they gave a room that was not even made. I had to go dowstairs to request a change. They assigned another bedroom, once i got there, the keys did not open it. I had to go dowstairs again and ask for help to get in the bedroom. That the lady went with me and opened the door
