Unbelievable Horrible experience. It smelled awful in there. Floors were slippery. Room door would NOT lock. There was not one cart available to even transport our luggage to the room. This place is not kid friendly. Hotel was full of prostitutes as well. NEVER AGAIN!

The door wouldn't open for the first 30 minutes. Had to shoulder check it for it to open. There was used gum on the lamp stuck to it that I accidently touched when trying to turn the lamp on. Non smoking room but smelled like Ciggerettes. The Staff was extremely friendly though

I always read the reviews of a property before booking and these people are lying if they say it’s good.. I checked in went to the room and couldn’t really process the room cause I was in shock, took my son to the beach ace we came back change clothes and went to dinner. At dinner my son was like mom I can’t stay there please can we go home. So at 11PM at night I went got our stuff and checked out and took the three to four drive back home.. Getting stuck in the elevator The elevator had not been inspected since August 2023. The elevator stopped multiple times with the floors and scared the hell out of the passengers of the elevator. When brought to the service desk customer service upfront they said we’ll get to it very unhappy very unsafe, very dangerous for anyone

Not good. Staff was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. No effort to be accomodating. Not a welcoming vibe at all. Was hair in my towel from another guest. Terrible experience, had to move out and find another hotel.
