I was on level 2, the hallway for 3 days smelled like pee. The room itself had a smell I couldn’t even described, I used febreeeze, Lysol, Clorox wipes, the house keeper came in and she couldn’t even figure out what it was or get it rid of it. The a/c started leaking and barely worked, to top it off there was ants and some other kind of little bug. Just disgusting. The only good thing about that place was the staff. They were over all friendly and helpful. Most of the time

The room was moist bed moist and my tv didn’t work and they wouldn’t switch my room or give me another tv

Check in was very poor. Arrived at 8pm. All doors locked. Rang bell no response. Guest with card key let me in. Rang bell at front desk. Check in person was somewhat rude. Had to spell my name 3 times before she could find it. Rooms have kitchen with refrigerator but there was no ice in freezer. No ice machines.Room door lock took mutiple attemps before it would open although the light flashed green. Suppost to have breakfast but food all gone at 9:30 am. Would never stay at one of these properties again.
