Christmas night disaster Never got to stay. We got there Christmas night around 8:30. When we went to check in the front desk woman said on there end was canceled because they over booked. ( I had my disabled son and my service dog with me.) They didn’t make any attempts to help us out. So we are scrambling a place to stay Christmas night. We did find a place but it was doubled what we were going to pay. They still haven’t made any attempts to make it right. Very very noisy throughout the rooms. Expedia lists the hotel “breakfast included”. Packages of oatmeal with your choice of tea or coffee, does not constitute breakfast unless you’re homeless. Oh, and we were evacuated from our room from about 00:45-03:00 so the fire department could put out a fire on the 4th floor.
