Entire hotel smells like mildew! “Characters” spread all throughout parking lot upon arrival engaging in all sorts of suspicious activities. Room smelled awful, AC unit definitely has mold in it. Pot and cigarette smell prevalent throughout as well. Basic maintenance throughout is lacking severely, do not stay here

Discussing bugs in the room time for check in waited outside until another guess walked out. Never again

My stay was for a week paid for and on the 4th night t was locked out of my room stating that I checked out. It took better than 2 hours to get back in my room. No reason was ever shared. Clueless person at the front desk. My first stay and my last stay.

Unpleasant Cold weather non functioning heat in room

The smell of mold/mildew is very overwhelming. I had to switch rooms because of this. The second room smelled better however the floor has a soft spot in it by the ac which was pretty scary obviously they have a leakage issue which has caused a mold problem throughout the building. The halls have a ton of air fresheners that are strong to try to mask the smell I suppose but it just gave me a headache. To top it off we saw several roaches in the room as well as in the halls. Poor service and dirty rooms Upon arrival to check in the front desk agent was yelling at an elderly man because he only had cash. It was very upsetting to see this so I stepped in as she was threatening to call the cops because she felt threatened by him because she was pregnant. I told the man to have a seat and I will help him figure it out. Then it was my turn and I booked through hotels.com but she said there was no rooms available.
