Started by the lobby not answering the phone or letting us in. Corporate contacted them asap and resolved that. The room.... smell was horrible, pillows and sheets were dirty and had hair throughout. Floors were covered in dirt and shower was also not clean. We slept on top of the covers in full clothes because of the filth. Worst hotel experience ever. Included breakfast was a stack of nature valley granola bars....

We showed up at midnight, front door was closed, another guest had to let us in. We had a reservation and they did not have a room for us. We waited 30 minutes for a manager to come from home and override the system so we could get a room. When we finally got a room (the only room left in the hotel) the window blinds were not working (in the open position) allowing bright lights into the room at night and daylight in the morning!!! Hotel conditions were terrible . Did not stay due to the conditions. It had the worse smell , I’m assuming due to the many people who have pets and / or are cooking . Stains on the walls / bedding , shower head literally coming out the wall , chair was peeling … absolutely horrid .

Now my small kids know what weeds smell like. Though it's a non-smoking room, we could smell it all through night. We could not stand in the elevator because of this stinky smell. Rusty Refrigerator. Mal-functioning wash basin faucet. Terrible, never staying in any of the extended stay America’s properties in my life again.
