BEDBUGS! Me & my family we’re getting eaten alive, had to leave in the middle of the night, the room was half cleaned! The manager freely admitted they were aware of there bed bug issue, but it’s “being treated”..... had to fight for a refund & only got a partial refund on a whole week stay, when we stayed in the room only hours!

crappy service and bedrooms billing wrong reservation at desk screwed up
The manager was very rude and inappropriate. And I would not recommend to this hotel just based on how poorly people can be judged by their staff.

The room is full of cockroaches and when we complain they told us that they have many long stay customers and they do not clean the rooms also the common areas were not very clean

There were bugs in my room on the first floor and that’s a NO go back for me.

There were roaches. We would shut the lights off and dozens would come out ... I slept with the lights on and left at 530 am.
