Many “families” seem to be living there. Not at all what I expected.

drug dealers in the lobby at night. Was approached by a man who asked me if I wanted to buy drugs from him during night time. The response of the manager was initially supportive but as soon as I asked for a refund for that night stay since I was scared and could not sleep, she became nasty.

Didn't like anything about this hotel. There was roaches in our room. Dead roaches in the fridge. Roaches crawling on the walls and curtains. We were in our room for 15 minutes before we went downstairs and demanded a refund. This Hotel was disgusting. I've never seen roaches in a Hotel room before.

For the price i paid, i expected better. I paid for cheaper rooms before and got better service. This room had roaches, the beds hard as a brick, no toiletries in the bathroom. Just horrible

This hotel is awful. The room was infested with roaches. I was moved to another room which was without towels , toilet paper and had an awful smell.

If u like bugs and hard beds Bugs hard beds sounds like construction above us and the vending machines take your money and the washing machines are over priced and the cockroaches put me over the edge for the price it’s not worth it

Stay at your pwn risk!! Absolutley the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. Accusations of prostitution and drug dealing from the management. Booked a 7 night stay, paid in full and left after 2 days with no refund. This place was intolerable! Shame on the management and shame on Hotels.com for representing this brand.
