The entire hotel is dirty and SMELLS awful. There’s trash all over the floors in the hallways. At check in, the staff member at the desk couldn’t even make eye contact or speak clearly enough to form a full sentence like she was high. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone at all.

The person at front desk that checkedvus in was rude and preoccupied with a friend. Also , please add the word "Continental " in Free breakfast. Room was beautiful.

Highly Disappointed Well me and my friends took a 3hr trip to go to the Haunted House Restaurant and go to Huntington Beach. I had reservations for over a month. So when we get to the hotel i am informed that the room had been double booked and there were no more rooms. Tried to give us one bed for 3 people. Absolutely not i love my friends but i we want our own bed. We had to drive an hr and half to find another room. Not a very good experience

This " Suite " hotel is more a short term hostel than a hotel. Full time "residents", police at the hotel twice in 48 hours, and more shady stuff in rhe front parking lot. We were looking for a clean and quiet hotel suite. We got the worst.

After checking in I got to my room and all looked fine until I went to the bathroom and found an all out mess. It was disgusting. Dirty towels, stuff all over the floor on the toilet. Never had this problem before.

Unbelievable, this North Olmsted not iraq Customer service was minimal, no breakfast, no pots and pans, cops knocked on my door to find it was the wrong door. Poor smell from a/c.

I travel a lot, the check in was the slowest I ever experienced. The manager was rude to the front desk attendant in front of us. The elevator was filthy, the hall was dim and missing carpet. Our room was disgusting- stuff stuck to the walls. Some yellow hard substances on the bathroom counter. Disgusting! The room had hair everywhere. I just sat on the bed and my pants were covered with hair. Bathroom counter was full oh human hair. Floors had pet hair everywhere. Spider in the bathroom. Bathroom wall had bad stain. Room smelled bad. I can’t believe they call this clean. People standing at the front smoking and cursing. Didn’t look safe. Unbelievable! Stay away from this place.
