The property was dirty. Phone in the room didn't work Tub was old and worn side refrigerator was dirty was force to check out early due to air conditioner service being done had to leave at 9:15 when check out was at 11.VERY Horrible experience will new go back need to shut that hotel down

The service staff was friendly and accommodating. However, our room (1 king bed + sofa bed) was tiny compared to similar rooms at other hotels. Moreover, the area surrounding the hotel was not taken care of regularly: the spilled garbage stayed outside one of the entry doors overnight and was not picked up. The breakfast was pretty much non-existent: a choice of muffin or an oatmeal plus coffee.

Hotel and the room smells dirty carpet cabinets were dirty trash wasnt taken out bathroom tiles had mold in cracks of the tile and so on

Horrible horrible horrible!!!! This place is awful. We stayed one night prior to flying out of Cleveland. Biggest mistake ever. We arrived later at night and there was nobody at desk to check in. Sign said to call number and they will come. I stood there at least 15 min and called MULTIPLE times. No answer. Finally after leaving and coming back, some young man stumbled from back mumbling and checked me in. Just dont pick this one Let me set this for you, we show up and a tornado has caused a power outage for the entire area. They tell me we can't be checked in or anything which I understood. So we canceled and set out to find a new place to stay for our trip. I'm charged a no show fee and it's been 10 days and still the money isn't in my account. The sheets smelled of body odor and mens cologne, wash rags had brown gunk on them and were refolded on the counter... the bathroom sink drain was totally stopped up, the shower curtain did not reach tub, floor was soaked... several light bulbs were burnt out... floors were sticky... too bad... the guy at the front desk was a perfect employee, the room had no odors and the tv worked well, front desk responded to calls.
