Horrible horrible horrible!!!! This place is awful. We stayed one night prior to flying out of Cleveland. Biggest mistake ever. We arrived later at night and there was nobody at desk to check in. Sign said to call number and they will come. I stood there at least 15 min and called MULTIPLE times. No answer. Finally after leaving and coming back, some young man stumbled from back mumbling and checked me in. Just dont pick this one Let me set this for you, we show up and a tornado has caused a power outage for the entire area. They tell me we can't be checked in or anything which I understood. So we canceled and set out to find a new place to stay for our trip. I'm charged a no show fee and it's been 10 days and still the money isn't in my account. The sheets smelled of body odor and mens cologne, wash rags had brown gunk on them and were refolded on the counter... the bathroom sink drain was totally stopped up, the shower curtain did not reach tub, floor was soaked... several light bulbs were burnt out... floors were sticky... too bad... the guy at the front desk was a perfect employee, the room had no odors and the tv worked well, front desk responded to calls.

We had three suite rooms. Issues observed among them - tub did not drain well so a short shower ended up standing in 6 inches of water, tub is so uneven it was difficult to stand safely, bathroom sink did not drain, bathroom door was stuck on the floor and mostly open, area behind the door was never being cleaned, at least one king bed was very uncomfortable, others were OK, “breakfast” was not useful, residents smoking outside the entrance, weeds in the beds around the building. There were different types of hair, including pubic hair and fluid stains on the sheets. Someone shaved in the bathroom and the hair all over was the kicker. Curly hair in the shower and floor dirty.
